Dedeman Erbil Hotel City Center

Excellent stay! The hotel is outstanding. The room was super clean. We were upgraded to senior suite to 7th floor with a magnificent view all over Erbil. I don’t have words about the staff. The made our stay even better. Especially Mr Kamiran the supervisor was very helpful and supportive. It’s the best choice if you want to visit Erbil but for me for now on Dedeman hotel will be the motive for visiting Erbil again. Please notice that Dedeman hotel is one of the few hotels that don’t charge the usage of the spa (Turkish bath, sauna and swimming pool). Grateful to have the chance to stay there 🙏🙏🙏

Astounding astounding!! The whole experience from start to finish is great staff is always so friendly and kind especially Kamiran and Rezan , I was late from my exam and Kamiran recalled me to checking if I forgot . The restaurant staff especially uncle Mazher so friendly and have amazing smile with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place and I will never booking in other place.

The rooms were clean and big The breakfast was good The staff were helpful and quick They changed our first room after reporting it was too hot

The breakfast menu was wonderful, with a wide variety of foods to suit almost everyone's taste. Our hotel's central location allowed us to reach our destinations easily. The friendly staff helped me in every way. I would especially like to thank the receptionist Mr. Kamuran.

The staff are wonderful, without exception. They’re friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. I wish I had noted names of reception and restaurant staff, as they each went out of their way to offer an exceptional service.
